    About the role#

    As an Engineering College Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations. You will work on a combination of daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
    • Create performance-based reports.
    • Conduct delay studies to identify loss areas and improvement opportunities.
    • Assist the manufacturing team with the implementation of lean concepts in the assembly department.
    • Handle other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
    • A graduation date of May 2027 or later.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a year-round basis.
    • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

    • This role is located in Minerva, Ohio.
    • This is an on-site, paid, full-time position.
