About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to join the Human Resources team at Bell. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build a talent advantage while supporting one of several specialized areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, or HR Analytics. This program focuses on driving employee effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to building a talent advantage within the HR team.
- Support specialized functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Analytics, or Learning Strategy.
- Drive employee effectiveness and enhance organizational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and industry leaders.
- Engage with the intern and graduate community to develop professional networks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Management.
- Expected graduation date between spring 2028 and spring 2029.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Ability to work in-person at a Toronto or Montreal office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions based in Quebec.
