About the role#
As an Application Developer Co-op, you will join the team as a true employee for an eight-month term. You will work on business, manufacturing, and engineering applications that support our daily operations. This role involves the full lifecycle of software development, from initial analysis and design to testing and final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Write, test, and maintain code for various application systems.
- Perform systems analysis to ensure designs are cost effective and flexible.
- Create and review technical and functional documentation.
- Provide technical support to the Help Desk when needed.
- Manage your own workload to meet project milestones and deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor’s degree program for MIS or Computer Science.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Experience with SQL and Object Oriented Programming, specifically .NET or JAVA.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Ability to commit to the full 8-month term.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

- Locations: West Fargo, ND; Bismarck, ND; Statesville, NC.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
