How to get in at Exa

Securing an internship at Exa requires speed because early applicants often capture the attention of recruiters before the candidate pool becomes unmanageable. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, which helps you apply among the first. Applying early is a practical advantage when competition for technical roles is high. You can use this lead time to refine your application materials while others are still waiting for job boards to update. Reaching out to the right people is just as important as your timing. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company roles so you can contact them directly to ask about the position or a referral. This approach materially improves response rates compared to sending a resume into a queue. A direct, professional inquiry shows you have done your research on the team.
