About the role#
Index is seeking a Web Marketing Coordinator for a full-time internship. This role involves working on real client projects across industries like e-commerce, real estate, and B2B. You will join our production team to apply digital marketing strategies while gaining experience with our proprietary AI tools. This is a 6 to 8 month position where you will receive training while managing active campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Run live campaigns across online advertising, SEO, content, and analytics.
- Contribute to research and development for our internal AI tools and platform.
- Deliver data-driven performance reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Perform quality assurance on all deliverables to ensure accuracy.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communication as you gain experience.
- Formulate original marketing plans tailored to specific client needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program related to Marketing or Communications.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada as a Permanent Resident or Citizen.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong writing skills in both languages.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of the Google suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects independently or within a team.
- Certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are considered an asset.
- Proficiency in a third language or experience with web design is a plus.
