About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will join the Advisors & Consulting Services team to help clients solve complex strategic questions. You will work in small teams to deliver data-driven insights and hands-on implementation across various industries, including financial services, retail, and hospitality. This role focuses on the Business Experimentation track, where you will use predictive analytics and data tools to test business initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate in small teams to support strategic consulting projects.
- Analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create clear, compelling presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Structure challenges and explore solutions to support client needs.
- Participate in team building and volunteer experiences.
- Build relationships with clients and gain exposure to business development and account management.
- Receive mentorship from an experienced management team.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or master’s student with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Proven record of leadership in work settings or extracurricular activities.
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, or Tableau is an asset.
- Willingness to work within small teams to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
