    About the role#

    The Attendance and Student Family Liaison supports the school community by fostering strong relationships between families, students, and staff. You will work on-site to help maintain a productive learning environment and encourage active participation from parents and the local community.

    What you'll do#

    • Promote student, parent, and community involvement within the school.
    • Maintain a safe and orderly environment to give every student the best opportunity to learn.
    • Collaborate with administration and teachers to implement school-wide classroom management techniques and follow established procedures.

    What you'll need#

    • A High School Diploma is required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in child behavior or social work.
    • Ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, faculty, and students.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Relevant academic backgrounds include Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, or Criminal Justice.

    Location & details#

    • This position is located in Walker, Michigan.
    • This is a full-time, on-site, paid role.
    • Employment is on a rolling basis.
