About the role#
The PK-3 Intern Program Coach/Instructor works under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Leadership and Learning Collaborative. This is a full-time position focused on guiding interns through their certification requirements.
What you'll do#
You will provide instruction, coaching, and support to interns. Your work will align with the following frameworks:
- California State Standards
- Preliminary and Intern Program Standards
- Teaching Performance Expectations
What you'll need#
- A valid CA Clear credential aligned to the intern program
- At least three years of teaching experience within the credential area
- Expertise in teaching and coaching adult learners
- A Master's degree is preferred
