About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you act as an ambassador within our branches. You will focus on putting clients first, finding solutions to their needs, and supporting new client acquisition. This role is a starting point for those interested in a career as an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch to provide service and complete transactions.
- Identify opportunities to offer advice, digital solutions, and partner introductions.
- Use technology to educate clients and create a positive experience.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain relationships and work as one team.
- Manage risks by following compliance routines and processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics programs.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on client needs.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Confidence in learning financial concepts.
- Willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
