About the role#
The Sales Strategy and Integration team manages the strategic business approach and project execution for the Disney Experiences portfolio. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment running from January 2027 through June 2027. You will work with stakeholders across Sales, Technology, Digital, and Legal departments, as well as commercial partners in Marketing, Pricing, and Finance.
What you'll do#
- Support sales channel distribution strategy projects through research, data collection, and the development of recommendations.
- Assist with sales planning processes, including annual and long-term strategic plans.
- Handle ad hoc sales and commercial requests to address immediate business needs.
- Support integration efforts by preparing project deliverables and presentations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation using project management principles.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and handle confidential information.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Compliance with The Disney Look appearance guidelines is required.
- You must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.

- This role is located in Celebration, Florida.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
