About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Quebec. You will provide general administrative support to the local management team and work alongside our administrative assistants. This role is on-site and follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and organization charts.
- Draft internal communications.
- Arrange travel for management team members.
- Assist the administrative support team during busy periods or vacations, which may include covering the front desk to greet visitors.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Handle other general administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a program focused on administrative or management techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in both French and English, as you will communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive sense of initiative.
