About the role#
Activera Consulting is looking for junior and senior college students to join our team as Summer Consulting Interns. This full-time role provides hands-on experience supporting active client engagements. You will work directly with our consultants to address business and operational challenges while learning core consulting methodologies and project delivery fundamentals.
What you'll do#
- Assist consulting teams with active client projects.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize information.
- Help build client-ready reports and presentations.
- Participate in internal team meetings and working sessions.
- Support the development of project documentation and deliverables.
- Share your ideas and insights during team discussions.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior student status.
- A bachelor’s degree path in business, engineering, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- An interest in consulting, strategy, data analytics, or digital transformation is helpful.
- Experience with research, data analysis, or business case development is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
