About the role#
This program is designed to move early-career professionals into full-time roles. You will work on real business accounts and make an impact from your first day. Each intern is paired with an experienced full-time sales mentor to help guide your development.
What you'll do#
- Work the phones and book meetings.
- Chase leads and hit specific metrics.
- Complete Circuit, which is the internal training program.
- Learn both sides of the sales process.
- Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing.

Location & details#
- Location: Amherst, Massachusetts.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $16 to $18 per hour plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
- Hours: Minimum 12 hours per week during the fall or spring semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Employment status: Paid, full-time. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as sponsorship is not provided.
