About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Nashville, Tennessee. You will join one of our Operations teams to support middle and back office functions across our investment services. You will work with front office teams, portfolio managers, custodian banks, and vendors to provide regional support for our global operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn new skills and expand your existing knowledge base.
- Complete a project that is critical to the success of your department or the firm.
- Participate in a mentoring program to help with your assimilation into the firm and receive career advice.
- Present your work to a committee of senior Operations and Technology executives at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidate graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Major in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in serving internal clients and using AI or emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Aspiration for a career in management operations and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
