About the role#
The Marketing Intern supports content creation and maintenance for social media and the Brandeis Hospitality website. You will work on-site to create digital and print content while interacting with students, guests, and employees. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling application window.
What you'll do#
- Welcome guests with a positive attitude.
- Plan and execute a calendar of marketing events.
- Design and maintain physical and digital signage across campus.
- Analyze social media strategy and generate marketing proposals.
- Drive revenue at dining locations by planning promotions.
- Build a daily photography inventory.
- Create content for website maintenance and design.
- Improve brand presence on social media platforms.
- Monitor trends in digital media technology.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Brandeis University.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong visual eye and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience planning and executing events.
- A love for food is a plus.
