This internship provides hands-on experience within the health insurance industry. You will work on projects, build professional skills, and network with employees across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Research business problems and help prepare information materials.
- Suggest recommendations and assist management with implementing solutions.
- Support leaders on projects to improve organizational efficiency.
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs.
- Learn about company products, programs, data, and organizational structure.
- Participate in department meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and build professional working relationships.
