About the role#
Boardwalk Pipelines is hiring an Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position is based in our Owensboro, Kentucky office. You will gain hands-on experience by applying your academic knowledge to real projects in the natural gas industry. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide engineering support for natural gas pipeline and meter projects.
- Partner with a mentor and a team of experienced engineers.
- Contribute to projects that support safe and reliable gas transportation.
- Build industry experience in a professional setting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor of Science in Engineering program.
- Junior or Senior standing.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
- A technical mindset capable of reviewing and understanding engineering deliverables.
- High degree of organization, initiative, and motivation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
