About the role#
This Construction Co-Op position supports construction activities in the Boston region. You will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President of Construction. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Review scheduled work to ensure it meets building standards.
- Coordinate processes with 3rd party consultants.
- Monitor contractual work for efficiency, cost, and completeness.
- Assist in the estimating of Tenant Improvement projects.
- Archive CAD and hard copy drawings.
- Organize and present data using Microsoft Office software.
- Communicate with management, tenants, and contractors to ensure project tasks are completed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Completion of at least your freshman year of college.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to traverse multiple project sites, which involves walking and climbing stairs.

- Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.
