About the role#
As a Wealth Management Intern at Corient, you will support our team in delivering financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Atlanta for the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while contributing to real client projects.
What you'll do#
- Prepare materials for client presentations, such as net worth statements, cash flow reports, and financial independence projections.
- Analyze information related to risk management, retirement planning, estate plans, taxes, and benefits.
- Create customized financial planning templates for use in client meetings.
- Conduct research on various financial planning topics as needed.
- Maintain and manage client and firm documents within our internal system.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, with a preference for majors in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- A basic understanding of investment concepts and financial planning.
- Familiarity with tax principles, insurance, and estate planning.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: This position is on-site at our office.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June through August).
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Eligibility: Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
