About the role#
You will work with senior leadership to integrate AI across the agency. This is a builder-focused position where you create tools for media operators, account teams, and clients. You will move beyond research to ship functional systems that change daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Coach teams on AI-assisted workflows to reduce execution time.
- Build a library of prompts, templates, and playbooks for media, creative, and account teams.
- Design and lead training sessions on AI coding and automation tools.
- Identify repetitive tasks, prototype automations, and track time saved.
- Develop purpose-built AI tools for client workstreams like competitive intelligence or creative QA.
- Build dashboards for team performance, client reporting, and internal operations.
- Research and pilot new AI platforms to improve business processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and experiment independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates.
- Highly organized and self-directed approach to managing multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset when working with teams that have varying levels of AI experience.
- Some exposure to scripting, light coding, or workflow automation is a plus.

- Location: Culver City, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with a rolling start date.
- Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour based on experience.
