About the role#
The Spring 2028 Audit Intern role provides an opportunity to gain experience in public accounting. You will work directly with clients and participate in the ENVISION internship program. This is a full-time, paid position that focuses on professional development and hands-on work within our audit and assurance teams.
What you'll do#
- Identify issues and apply accounting principles.
- Work directly with clients to gain practical experience.
- Complete audit workpapers and tasks, such as cash disbursements, cash balance year-end testing, and accounts payable testing.
- Develop your communication skills and keep managers updated on your progress.
- Build strong time and work management habits.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accounting, finance, or business administration program.
- A GPA of 3.25 or greater.
- Preference is given to students who will be graduated seniors by the start of the internship.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.

- This internship is located on-site in Columbia, SC, Chattanooga, TN, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, Charleston, SC, or Greenville, SC.
- The term for this position is Summer 2028.
