About the role#
This internship focuses on developing leadership and sales skills through direct experience. You will work alongside our sales team to understand how to lead teams and manage sales processes. This is a paid, full-time position that combines practical work with academic learning.
What you'll do#
- Shadow top company representatives and attend training sessions.
- Learn communication techniques including non-verbal and para-verbal methods.
- Practice negotiation, closing sales, and overcoming objections.
- Conduct market analysis and KPI reporting.
- Interpret data to make business decisions.
- Build a network of industry professionals.
- Participate in company book reviews and mental discipline exercises.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
- At least one year of coursework toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency with iOS and mobile software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to memorize and comprehend industry information.
- A self-starter mindset with flexibility to work varied hours.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
