About the role#
The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide corporate experience and prepare students for a career. This role focuses on sales growth, utility specification reviews, and developing analytics to evaluate product approvals and sales performance. You will also support pricing intelligence and identify market trends to inform commercial strategy.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to on-the-job experiences.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks while working independently.
- Assist with process improvement and support co-workers.
- Develop technical skills and gain industry knowledge relevant to the business location.
- Work on value-added projects and collaborate with colleagues in a professional environment.
- Present your findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through the program period of May to August 2027.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: Paid, with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
