    About the role#

    This Engineering Co-Op position at Hubbell Incorporated is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide students with corporate experience. You will gain exposure to manufacturing, new product design, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a paid, full-time opportunity for Summer 2026.

    What you'll do#

    • Apply classroom knowledge to real-world tasks.
    • Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
    • Assist with process improvement initiatives.
    • Work on value-added projects independently and within teams.
    • Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

    • This role is based on-site in Leeds, Alabama.
