    About the role#

    This internship focuses on the design and implementation of a plant-wide employee recognition program. You will build a framework that improves engagement and workplace culture. Your work will aim to create a scalable model that can be standardized and replicated across multiple manufacturing sites.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop recognition processes, communication materials, and participation metrics.
    • Partner with employees and leaders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
    • Present your findings and program outcomes to the local management team at the end of the summer.

    What you'll need#

    • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
    • Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Experience with graphic design tools is preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Aiken, South Carolina.
    • The term runs during the summer of 2027.
