About the role#
FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation is hiring a Project Coordinator Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. You will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they meet scope, budget, and requirements. This is a full-time role based on-site in Richmond, British Columbia.
What you'll do#
- Support project managers in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Document and monitor project risks, issues, and action plans.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and document lessons learned.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Inventor software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to project sites occasionally if required.
