About the role#
As a Student - New Business Administrator, you will support the administration of contracts for new insurance policies. This is a temporary, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Validate approved policies to ensure compliance before they are issued.
- Submit corrections for any non-compliant contracts.
- Review returned policies to verify the accuracy of entered information.
- Print and assemble paper documents as requested by agents.
- Transfer files to the appropriate internal teams based on the request type.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a CEGEP or university program in a related field.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and verifying data.
- Ability to work with autonomy and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Comfort working in a changing environment.
- Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate proficiency in English for verbal and written communication, as you will interact with unilingual English-speaking partners across Canada.
