About the role#
We are looking for a Co-op Student or Intern to join our Risk Advisory Services team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time position based in either Vancouver or Calgary. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting client initiatives and contributing to our professional service delivery.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the delivery of risk advisory services, including internal audit, enterprise risk management, and internal controls assessments.
- Perform IT controls audits for various clients.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients by providing professional and responsive service.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and potential issues to both clients and internal team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program focused on Accounting or business technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership ability and a commitment to teamwork.
- A desire to provide outstanding client service.
- Ability to take initiative and seek understanding in new situations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Location & details#
- Locations: Vancouver, British Columbia or Calgary, Alberta.
- Term: May to August 2027.
- Modality: This role follows a hybrid work model, involving time in the office, at client sites, and working virtually.
- Compensation: The expected range for this role is $48,000 to $60,000.
