About the role#
As a Residential Lending Strategy Intern, you will support Mortgage Retention and HELOC initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to help shape the strategy and direction of the business unit. This role involves using both qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recommendations that drive growth and customer retention.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the discovery and planning of strategic and tactical business topics.
- Support the development of business cases for new opportunities.
- Gather data from internal systems and support the execution of product improvements.
- Design and manage dashboards to track portfolio metrics.
- Create presentation materials that communicate key data and insights.
- Refine processes to improve the speed of analysis.
- Support quantitative modeling to help inform decision making.
- Respond to data and analysis requests from cross-functional teams.
- Present your research, insights, and recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a University or College program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

- This is a paid, full-time internship position.
