About the role#
Join Wealth Management Solutions as a Marketing & Sales Strategy Intern. You will learn how marketing and sales teams communicate product information in a clear and useful way. This role supports projects that help sales teams and advisors understand solutions and share them with clients. It is a good fit if you enjoy understanding audiences, simplifying complex information, and turning strategy into practical communication tools.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing and sales strategy projects for financial products, platforms, or advisory solutions.
- Turn product or business information into clear, audience-friendly messages.
- Conduct research and organize insights to support communication or sales-readiness plans.
- Create or refresh talking points, training materials, onboarding resources, and presentation content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales partners to understand business needs.
- Present project learnings or recommendations to team members and leaders at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Interest in marketing, business, finance, communications, sales strategy, or financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize information and make complex topics easier to understand.
- Ability to manage time effectively, collaborate with others, and complete work within established timelines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Coursework in marketing, business, finance, communications, sales management, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Exposure to market research, product marketing, content development, sales enablement, or presentation development is a plus.
- Valid work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in the office at least four days per week).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $27.50 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
