About the role#
This internship provides support for the marketing team by assisting with strategic initiatives and daily business operations. You will work under the direction of marketing leadership to complete various projects. This is a part-time position of up to 32 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development of trade show inventory PDFs.
- Create FAQs for all product pages.
- Collaborate with the web developer on site updates.
- Audit old resources and maintain lists of necessary updates.
- Project manage updates after receiving guidance from marketing leadership.
- Analyze recommendations from SEO tools like UberSuggest, SEMrush, and RankMath to provide summaries to the team.
- Support content edits and organize the digital asset management system.
- Assist with social media, email newsletters, competitive research, analytics reporting, and event support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing program at an accredited university, or recent graduate status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Canva, marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, SEO tools, or AI tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Addison, Texas.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Some travel may be required.
- This is a paid position.
