About the role#
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our team in Boca Raton for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid internship that offers hands-on experience in a professional services environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, mail delivery, and FedEx coordination.
- Help manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and process expense reports.
- Cover reception duties and assist with guest and visitor support.
- Create and update memos, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Support regional administrative projects and office priorities.
- Answer questions from clients and staff, directing them to the right resources.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have strong skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and intranet software.
- You can use AI tools like Copilot.
- You communicate well with others and have a high level of attention to detail.
- You are able to multi-task and work independently in a team setting.
- You can occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Location & details#
- Location: Boca Raton, Florida.
- Work schedule: You must be able to work at least 20 hours per week during core business hours.
- Attendance: You are required to work onsite at least three days per week.
- Flexibility: You should be able to work in blocks of at least two hours throughout the week. Periodic work during evenings or on Saturdays may be required.
