About the role#
The Social Media Intern supports our marketing and clinical operations teams. You will manage, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The goal is to increase patient engagement and attract new patients to our practice. This is a part-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a regular social media schedule.
- Plan and capture video content at our medical offices. This requires at least one day per week on-site for filming.
- Create videos, graphics, and captions according to a content calendar.
- Write weekly posts to boost brand awareness.
- Respond to comments and direct messages to engage with followers.
- Brainstorm campaign ideas and analyze engagement metrics to report on performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and social media best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative approach to work.
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and scheduling tools like Meta or Hootsuite is a plus.

- Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Commitment: Minimum of 12 to 14 hours per week.
