About the role#
As a Marketing Intern, you will support market research, campaign execution, and strategic initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience across various business areas, allowing you to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to projects that drive growth. You will build a professional foundation while working on tasks ranging from content creation to data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Execute marketing tactics to reach business goals and optimize performance.
- Develop content including blogs, case studies, and videos.
- Create and execute email campaigns.
- Partner with product management to maintain data integrity and support merchandising.
- Analyze campaign performance to drive data-informed decisions.
- Prepare marketing materials to support business development.
- Assist with web design and development tasks.
- Contribute to category management initiatives.
- Use qualitative insights and data analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing or Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Previous marketing experience from internships, class projects, or clubs.
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week during the school year and full time during the summer.
- Experience with graphic design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Co-Pilot.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn, adapt, and influence others through collaboration.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The role is paid and requires a part-time commitment during the school year with full-time hours during the summer.
