About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in our Columbus, Ohio headquarters. You will work directly with a mentor and our leadership team to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry. This program focuses on building your skills in sales and operations through training and real-world responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Complete training on our proprietary TMS and core operational tasks.
- Learn to sell, book, and dispatch loads.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and secure capacity.
- Monitor market pricing and its effect on load coverage.
- Help cover loads at or below market rates.
- Work with the Operations team to transition loads after dispatch.
- Collaborate with Account Coordinators to learn execution processes.
- Gain exposure to both transactional carrier sales and relationship-driven customer sales models.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior undergraduate standing in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Ability to work on-site in our Columbus office.
- A hard-working, positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn in a busy environment.
