About the role#
BBI Logistics is looking for a student to gain practical experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. This summer internship is designed to build your knowledge of recruiting processes and refine your professional skills while you work alongside our team.
What you'll do#
- Learn the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to assessing to offering candidates.
- Shadow and work alongside our recruiting and HR teams.
- Participate in phone screenings and in person interviews, eventually conducting your own screenings.
- Join weekly interview collaborations with leadership to discuss candidate suitability.
- Manage HR operational tasks, including onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, and compensation and benefits.
- Lead the mock interview initiative for other interns to help them practice and receive feedback.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Present a portfolio project to leadership that highlights your summer accomplishments.
- Participate in volunteer activities and company outings with fellow interns.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior undergraduate status pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work on-site in our office.
- A hardworking and positive spirit.
- Ability to learn and work in a busy environment.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- On-site work is required.
