About the role#
We are looking for an organized and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Brillion. This role focuses on recruiting and talent acquisition while providing support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will gain practical experience in multiple areas of human resources while contributing to the team.
What you'll do#
- Post job openings, review applications, and help with candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate information and support pre-employment activities.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee documentation.
- Manage employee records and HR system information.
- Provide administrative support for benefits, training, employee engagement, and other HR programs.
- Assist with employee changes and offboarding processes.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, communications, and other HR materials.
- Support HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to jump in and help.
Location & details#
- This is a part-time, paid internship located in Brillion, Wisconsin.
- The schedule is flexible to accommodate your educational obligations.
- The role is primarily onsite in Brillion. Some hybrid flexibility may be available after training, but weekly onsite work in Brillion is required.
