About the role#
Intelcom | Dragonfly is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team. This is a paid, full-time position based in Mississauga. You will work on real projects that impact our daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain sector.
What you'll do#
- Apply your knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and procedures to daily tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule internal promotion interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Update and maintain HR databases, employee records, and tracking tools.
- Prepare HR documentation and reports.
- Manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tickets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree, master's degree, or post-graduate certificate program in human resources or a related field.
- Ability to manage confidential records and maintain databases accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.

- Compensation: $23.20 to $23.98 per hour.
