About the role#
As a Branch Associate, you serve as the face of Chit Chats. You will deliver professional service to our clients while ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately. We provide on-the-job training to help you build your skills and gain confidence in a supportive environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking for hands-on experience in logistics and e-commerce.
What you'll do#
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Process and sort shipments with high accuracy.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist the team with inventory, administrative tasks, and daily branch operations.
- Take on additional projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in secondary or post-secondary education, or graduation within the past six months.
- Minimum age of 15 years old.
- Residency in British Columbia during your employment.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid SIN.
- Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
- Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications.
