About the role#
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. You will launch your leadership career through rotational assignments covering sales, rental operations, fleet management, customer service, and finance. This role provides direct exposure to leadership teams, mentorship, and coaching to build your management and decision-making skills. You will work Monday through Friday with rotating shifts between 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What you'll do#
- Handle sales processes and manage inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
- Generate leads for vehicle rentals, leasing, and used vehicle sales.
- Maintain accurate data within the company marketing database.
- Manage rental fleet processes, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Resolve customer issues and disputes to maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company, local, regional, and national regulations.
- Contribute to overall market share goals through sales and marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- One year or more of customer service experience involving issue resolution.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Fluency in both French and English is required for client support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
