About the role#
The Inside Sales Internship is a 10-week program based in Tempe, Arizona. This role is designed for students who want hands-on experience in a sales-focused environment. You will gain exposure to account management, engage in professional development, and participate in team-building experiences. The program includes a 4-week sales training period to build your foundational skills and business acumen. You will receive ongoing feedback and performance evaluations from your manager throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Complete a 4-week sales training program.
- Work in a team-oriented sales center.
- Build relationships with customers by communicating over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Deliver a final presentation to department leadership at the end of the program.
- Partner with a peer mentor and manager for guidance.
What you'll need#
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Expected graduation with a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A strong interest in a sales career after graduation.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
