About the role#
L3Harris Technologies is hiring an intern to join the Program Management team in Northampton. This role offers hands-on experience within the national security and space sector. The position is full-time and on-site.
What you'll do#
- Work with staff to finalize project plan presentations.
- Set timelines, manage deadlines, and schedule meetings.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Attend project and program meetings.
- Prepare materials to support team meetings.
- Process staff expense reports and resolve related issues.
- Assist with special projects for the Imaging Systems Business.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tasks.
Location & details#
- Location: Northampton, Massachusetts.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes 80 hours over 9 days and every other Friday off.
- Compensation: $25.50 to $48.00 per hour.
