About the role#
Join the manufacturing finance team at Alliance Laundry Systems for the summer of 2027. This role provides hands-on experience in plant finance operations, process improvement, and compliance readiness.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data from ERP systems and other sources.
- Prepare reconciliations and financial reports.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and AP departments to complete project tasks.
- Document processes and maintain organized evidence repositories.
- Identify areas for improvement and turn those ideas into actionable plans.
- Present your findings and project status updates to finance team members and project leads.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, specifically with lookups and pivot tables.
- Detail-oriented approach with solid documentation and organizational habits.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a willingness to ask questions to gather information.
- An interest in manufacturing operations, financial controls, and process automation.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Ripon, Wisconsin.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
- This position requires the intern to work on-site for the duration of the term.
