About the role#
Join the Digital Enterprise Enablement Tools team to help shape how we work. You will work with Product Owners and contribute to programs that help teams across the organization collaborate and innovate. This is a full-time student position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support digital platforms such as Atlassian, Planview, and Wrike.
- Solve real business challenges using technology, data, and automation.
- Use AI tools and an AI-first mindset to improve internal processes.
- Take ownership of real projects from your first day.
- Learn Agile ways of working while partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide frontline support for digital tools to help users resolve issues and stay productive.
What you'll need#
- Curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to ask questions, share ideas, and make an impact.
- Interest in using technology, data, automation, APIs, and AI to solve business problems.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Waterloo or Toronto, Ontario.
- The position is hybrid, offering flexibility between the office and remote work.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
