About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will support technical projects by assisting with planning, execution, monitoring, and control. This role involves working within a hybrid environment.
What you'll do#
- Develop, track, and update project schedules.
- Prepare, monitor, and report on project finances, schedules, and scope.
- Set up a regular monitoring process with project stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead weekly progress presentations.
- Improve project management processes, including risk and opportunity management, change management, and gate reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university engineering program or a field related to aerospace, with at least two years completed.
- Strong interest in project management, innovation, and technology development.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and influential skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership initiative when required.
- Strong communication skills, specifically in presenting to others.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 8 months.
- Compensation: Paid position ranging from CAD $17.95 to $31.00 per hour based on skills and qualifications.
- Note: This opportunity is for students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
