About the role#
Bombardier is hiring a Sales Support Intern to join our team. This is a full-time, paid, remote position. You will work on a rolling basis to support our sales operations and reporting processes.
What you'll do#
- Generate and analyze work in progress reports.
- Administer and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including data entry in Salesforce.
- Record meeting notes.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals.
- Participate in daily team meetings.
- Help improve the reliability and efficiency of our internal processes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in a business or aviation field.
- You have basic proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are comfortable using word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, email, and web-based applications.
- You can work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have the interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.

- This role is remote.
- The primary location for this position is Dallas, Texas.
- This is a temporary, full-time internship.
