About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work with planning and inventory management teams at Bombardier. You will join a technical team that includes a data engineer and a business intelligence analyst. The role focuses on inventory management and spare parts demand governance. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Create and improve Power BI dashboards to support management decision-making and recovery plans.
- Help teams identify anomalies and opportunities within stock management and planning processes.
- Collaborate with inventory control analysts to organize, improve, and automate existing dashboards.
- Reduce manual reporting tasks and improve visibility of inventory levels against planned budgets.
- Develop tools and perform analyses to optimize report performance.
- Improve the data lifecycle from initial collection to final use in dashboards.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student in the 2nd year of a master’s degree in business intelligence or an equivalent field. New graduates are not eligible.
- Strong interest in data transformation and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.
- An autonomous and resourceful approach to work.
- A strong ability to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 8 months.
- Note: Interns may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for training or work purposes.
