About the role#
The Dean Connor Inclusion Scholarship and Internship Program supports Black and Indigenous students as they begin their careers in financial services. This program provides a combination of financial support, work experience, and professional mentorship. It is designed to help students build skills and explore career paths within the company.
What you'll do#
- Complete a four-month summer internship from May to August 2027.
- Work with internal partners on various business projects.
- Use data to help drive business actions.
- Receive professional mentorship from management.
- Participate in career coaching and guidance sessions.
What you'll need#
- Identify as a member of the Black or Indigenous communities.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate, diploma, or graduate program at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
- Be returning to full-time studies in September 2027.
- Hold legal entitlement to work and complete a full-time summer internship in Canada.
