About the role#
As a Student Business Solutions Advisor, you will contribute to the evolution and improvement of IT delivery practices at iA Financial Group. You will work on integrating Artificial Intelligence into daily workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and sustainability in solution delivery.
What you'll do#
- Support practices related to business solution delivery and documentation.
- Define and promote clear, consistent standards, templates, and best-practice guides.
- Identify and implement concrete Artificial Intelligence use cases to improve delivery efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and reuse documentation to optimize cross-functional processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work 14 to 21 hours per week during academic terms.
- Proactive approach and a high level of autonomy.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and a commitment to quality work.

- This position is based in Quebec or Montreal, Quebec.
- The work modality is hybrid.
