About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Engineering Co-op position based in LaFayette, Georgia. You will work on-site for the Fall 2027 term, running from August 16, 2027, to December 10, 2027. Housing and relocation assistance is available for eligible students. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Complete technical assignments in areas including New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, and Software Development.
- Partner with a mentor to set goals and complete deliverables that support business objectives.
- Attend training sessions to build your technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Engage in networking events and community volunteer projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- A graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
